Here’s an example of a recent phishing message that was sent to me. The message claims to be from ConnectNC, but it’s not. How can you tell?
- If you’re unsure, please forward the email to help@connectnc.com. Please don’t reply to the message or click on anything within the message.
- When you click to forward the message, you will see that the sender’s address is NOT from ConnectNC.
- ConnectNC doesn’t send you email to tell you that your password is expiring.
