Here’s a brief video that will demonstrate how to set up Apple Mail. This video was recorded from a MacBook using the latest OSX and Apple Mail versions as of July, 2020. If you have older software, this may not exactly represent what you’ll see, but it’ll be very similar.
If you’re using a pinehurst.net email address, these are the settings you’ll use:
Incoming Mail Server: mail.pinehurst.net
Port 993 for IMAP
Port 995 for POP3
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.pinehurst.net
Port 587 or 465
For connectnc.net, please use:
Incoming Mail Server: mail.connectnc.net
Port 993 for IMAP
Port 995 for POP3
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.connectnc.net
Port 587 or 465
